Wholesale Opportunity

Please review the entire wholesale agreement and complete the application to include information about your business and if you prefer a Drop-Ship Wholesale account or Bulk Wholesale account (you can add this information in the address field under your address).

Your wholesale account will NOT be activated until we have this information.

Wholesale and Drop Ship Agreement with BTB Bath, LLC.

1. Our wholesale and drop ship agreement allows for companies to offer our products via their website and/or brick and mortar store. We offer two wholesale options:

a.    Traditional (Bulk) Wholesale Account: place a bulk size order with a minimum quantity ordered of 100 items for a reduced price (50% off current retail prices at time of order not including shipping charges). Regular and Herbal Bath Bombs are only available for bulk orders (sizes small-4oz. and medium-6oz. only. Our large-9oz. is not available in bulk quantities). Cupcake (Specialty) Bombs, Child Bombs and Bath Teas are not available for bulk order at the 50% discount at this time. However, you may request a bulk order of our cupcakes or teas but at the 25% discount only. BTB has the right to deny any bulk order request.

b.    Drop-Ship Wholesale Account:  place an order with us for your customer for a reduced price (25% off current retail prices at time of order not including shipping charges), and have the product shipped directly to your customer. No minimum order and every item is available for drop-ship accounts.

                          ii. Wholesalers may copy and use our photographs when selling our products as needed. However, our descriptions cannot be copied from this site. You must use your own descriptions of our products on your site. This is crucial for both our companies to have positive results in search engines and will be enforced. BTB Bath, LLC websites are all copyright protected. DO NOT copy and paste.

2. To access your wholesale account please visit our website home page and click on the Wholesale link from the customer service drop down menu.Sign in using your email address and password you gave when submitting your wholesale application. Then shop! Your wholesale price and discount will already be applied to your order and calculated for you.

3. Applying for a wholesale account does not guarantee approval and BTB Bath has the right to refuse any applicant for any reason. We also have the right to terminate any wholesale account we feel is not suited well with our company or has become inactive. If an order is not placed within 3 months of your account approval we will deactivate your account and if it is not re-instated (requested by you) within 3 months from that deactivating date (6 months total of no activity) your wholesale account will be deleted without notice.

4. Wholesalers may price our products based on their own clientele without undercutting us. You may charge your customers more than our retail prices but can NOT sell our products for a lower price than we sell them. Any coupons or specials we may be promoting and/or advertising for our retail customers, such as free shipping, are not valid for wholesale accounts and will not be accepted.

5. All orders are shipped either USPS or UPS Ground out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Our shipping rates are based on the weight and number of product items ordered.

6. As a wholesaler or drop-shipper it is your responsibility to visit our website periodically to stay current with new and out-of-stock products, photos or description updates, as well as price changes. While we always strive to keep our wholesalers updated with any changes occurring on our website we do not guarantee notice and reserve the right to alter our site content, to include these terms, products and prices at any time.

7.We do not accept returns; please inquire about purchasing a sample package prior to ordering to ensure our products meet your needs. However, if an exception is made the wholesaler may return the goods in their original condition and unopened at their own cost and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee; shipping charges are non- refundable. If items arrive broken please contact us and UPS to file a claim. Smaller shipments that contain only a few broken bombs may be subject to a store credit, if granted. Please read all our FAQs as well to inform your company more about us and our products. This will also help if your customers have any questions pertaining to our products.

8. Orders must be paid in full before your order is processed and made as these are all hand-made products which are made to order when your order is placed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and eCheck. If paying via eCheck , your order will be processed after the check clears, this usually takes 5-7 business days. Please anticipate this delay. You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order and again at shipment with a tracking number.

9. All Wholesalers must request no tags if labels are a concern on our products. We do this so our wholesalers may place their own branded tags on our products. If no tags are not requested each product will have the BTB Brand on the label. Each bath bomb is placed into their own individual box or bag with a professional seal and are labeled with the product name, aroma, directions of use, ingredients and size (picture). All products are hand-made upon order to ensure a long shelf life and a high quality product so please allow 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing of wholesale orders; Drop-Ship orders have a 3-5 business day turn-around time and we are closed all major holidays. These times do not include shipping which is typically an additional 2-7 days depending on your location. Shipments to Canada may have longer shipping times.

10. You acknowledge by submitting the application below that you are electronically signing this agreement and therefore agree to the above terms of this agreement.
