Amyris Herbal Benefits:
Antiseptic, balsamic, decongestant, emollient, muscle relaxant, sedative, and stimulant. It can be useful to soothe and soften dry,
irritated skin. Used in a bath it can ease sore and
tired muscles. Amyris can be used to calm the
mind and is often used in meditative blends.
Anise Seed: Mmenorhea, asthma, bronchitis, indigestion, catarrh, colds, colic,
coughs, cramp, flatulence, increases milk production, indigestion,
menopause, muscular aches, palpitations, and rheumatism. Avoid while pregnant.
Balsam Peru: Asthma, bronchitis, catarrh, colds, coughs, croup, eczema,
laryngitis, low blood pressure, pruritis, rashes, relieves itch of
scabies sores and ringworm, rheumatism, sores, and wounds. Avoid while pregnant.
Basil: Bronchitis, cold (chronic), cramps, depression, dyspepsia, earache,
epilepsy, fainting, fevers, flatulence, gout, hiccough, hysteria,
insect bites and repellant, insomnia, mental fatigue, migraine, muscle
aches and pains, nausea, nervous tension, nerve tonic, rheumatism,
scanty periods, sinusitis, vomiting, wounds, and whooping cough.
Citronella: Colds, excessive perspiration, fatigue, flu, hair oil, headaches, heart
