How do you use bath bombs? TOP
Directions for Use:
Keep dry until use. When ready to use, fill the tub with warm water. Get
in and get comfortable. Wash your face first, then drop the bath bomb
into the water and enjoy the aroma while the oils are absorbed into your
skin. Soak for 10- 20 minutes. Some people prefer to drop the BTB Bath
Bomb into the tub before entering. Oils may make tub slippery. Use caution when exiting the tub. What are bath bombs made from? TOP
There are a variety of different ingredients and ways to make bath bombs. The most common ingredients include Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Witch Hazel, and a variety of fragrance and/or Essential Oils and Colorant. We also add moisturizers such as Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil and Grape Seed Oil. Dead Sea Salts or Epsom Salt may also be added. Our colorant is a cosmetic grade FD&C or D&C grade synthetic colors and is used in all of our colored bath bombs.
What benefits do your bath bombs have? TOP

Can I eat your bath bombs? TOP
As edible and yummy as they look my bath bombs are for the bathtub not to eat.
Will my bomb be a smooth circle? TOP
No. For the ball bath bombs they will not be a completely smooth ball. The bath bomb shape has a trademark "band" around the center and may possibly have a few small cracks and some may look more egg-shaped. This is what makes bath bombs what they are. Gives them character. Please realize all bath bombs are hand made and made to order and like all hand made orders will not be perfect but will have the quality to make your bath and skin what you need. Even larger more expensive bath bomb companies have the trademark band and small cracks.
My bath bombs arrived broken TOP
We always strive to make the best quality product and package the product securely enough for transit. Unfortunately with bath bombs some do crack and break. They are still usable and still have all the benefits of a whole bath bomb and because of this we do not accept returns. Refunds or exchanges are only given if there is an error on our part and we shipped you the wrong order or product.
What is your return policy? TOP
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. Each order is inspected prior to shipping and packaged well. We will refund or remake orders ONLY if the error was made on our part.
Will my bath bomb look exactly like the picture? TOP
No. Each bath bomb is hand-made and made to order. We do not stock inventory and we make your product as soon as the order comes in to ensure long shelf life. Because they are hand made and made to order each bath bomb is unique. The coloring may vary as well as the trademark band around the ball. Some bath bombs are perfectly round while some may look egg-shaped. Some may look smooth while some speckled. This all gives bath bombs character and is what most bath bomb customers love about them. However, they all contain the benefiting ingredients that will make your skin soft and supple.
Will the bomb colors stain my bathtub? TOP
Usually not. The color from the bath bombs will most likely change the color of your water, something the kids actually like. I have personally tested every one of my products before placing them on my site and I have never had one stain my bath tub. I have heard some stronger, brighter colors may leave a rim around your tub but a magic eraser usually has no problem removing that rim and making your tub shine.
Will the oils in the bath bombs make my tub slippery? TOP
YES! Please be careful when getting out of your bath tub as some oils do tend to make your tub slippery. Always use caution.
How long does it take for you to ship? TOP
All our bath bombs are made to order to ensure their quality and freshness and have the longest shelf life possible. Bath Bombs also go through a drying process and some of our specialty bombs, such as the cupcakes, have a longer drying process than regular bombs so may take longer. We usually ship out within 3-5 business days after receiving the order, then shipping takes approximately 2-9 days depending on where you are located. Orders shipped to Canada may take longer.
What if my child puts the bomb particles in his eyes? TOP
Bath Bombs are for the water. They are not to eat or to put into your eyes. I realize little ones do things while we are not looking. All children should be supervised while in the tub and using bath bombs, however, if they do rub one in their eyes please rinse and wash with regular water at once and watch for irritation. Contact your physician if necessary.
Once the bath bombs dissolve in your tub water there is no problem washing your hair or face with the tub water.
I don't have paypal. Can I pay another way? TOP
Absolutely. We accept all major credit cards over a secure network in addition to paypal.
Do you ship world wide? TOP
No. At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. I am always open to requests if you need an order shipped elsewhere. Please just contact us prior to ordering.
Do you accept wholesale orders? TOP
Yes. If you would like to place a wholesale order please register under the wholesale link first. Be sure to read our policies and procedures and to add which wholesale account you would prefer. You will not be able to order until your wholesale account is activated by us and we cannot do that until we know which wholesale account you would like.
Can you do themed parties? TOP
YES! Please contact us with your request. If you have a bridal shower, bachelorette party, kids birthday parties or even adult themed parties such as "Over the Hill" with black themes or gag gifts/ "naughty" adult themed parties that you would need specific molds or shapes of bombs. We can accommodate almost any request. Please contact us.
What is the difference between the mini and regular bath bombs? TOP
There are no differences, besides size, unless listed. However, due to the size of the mini bombs you will not get the same effect of regular bombs. It will take a few of the mini bombs to feel the same smoothness and silky texture on your skin as the regular sized bombs.
How long can you store Bath Bombs? TOP
A bath bombs shelf life is approximately two months. They are still usable after the two month mark but their fizz power and benefits do start to decrease. We make all our bombs to order and fresh when your order is places to ensure maximum useful length.
What are the differences in sizes? TOP
We carry four different sizes in traditional bath bombs. Size small is 4 ounces in weight and is used mostly for samples. Size medium is 6 ounces and size large is 9 ounces and they are both your normal sized bombs for a regular bath tub. Our jumbo size is a huge 18 ounces in weight and is for you true bath bomb lover and for bigger bath tubs (may be requested). Our other bath bombs in specialty, child and favors will also list weights for you.
How much is shipping? TOP
We ship based on the weight of your product. Our base rate for the US is $5.95 and goes up from there. Our base rate for Canada is $10.95 and goes up from there based on the weight of the products in your shopping cart. For Canadian shopper, your shipping fee does not include:
1. brokerage fees charged by Carrier
2. fees assessed by Canada Customs at the border

We are always striving for better ways of packing our products. Currently our bath bombs are packaged in a clear soft plastic bag (not cello) with a professional seal. The packaging is very user friendly as we know when you want to relax after a long day the last thing you want to do before using your bath bomb is fighting the wrapper. Just tear the top off at the seal and enjoy your bath! Each bag contains one bath bomb (or a set if sold in sets) and is labeled with the name, aroma or herbal benefit, directions of use, ingredients and size.  I have lost my gift certificate..what can I do? TOP
If you have a lost or stolen gift certificate you may contact our customer service center at customerservice@beyondthebomb.com and as long as the gift certificate has not been redeemed by using the voucher code on it we can send you the voucher code via email. If your certificate was stolen we can re-issue you a new certificate and disable the stolen one, as long as it has not been redeemed. If a stolen certificate is already redeemed we will be more than willing to supply your local authorities with the purchasers information.
